Multimedia Information System Lab.
We study a delivery technology for multimedia information such as voice and movie, specially streaming delivery on hybrid broadcasting environments. In broadcasting, we propose scheduling methods for delivering contents data and evaluate them using computer simulations. In addition, we develop the broadcasting systems using these scheduling methods and evaluate them in actual networks. We also study the location-based information system in spatial computing. Especially, we propose the searching methods for acquiring the route to the destination and desired information.
